Having developed a long term relationship with the school, Nick and Laurie continue to work with some of the finest chefs today who are trained by the faculty of this prestigious institution that include celebrated master chefs Alain Sailhac, Jacques Pépin, André Soltner and Jacques Torres.

All menus can be tailored to specific requests.

Our professional and courteous crew also includes a stewardess and deckhand. Each is eager to make your cruise a vacation that you will remember fondly.
