Fine DiningFor a Cocktail style event you might choose the Elegant Event Cocktail Reception menu. It boasts a selection of both hot hors d’oeuvres and cold canapes ranging from Dates stuffed with Chorizo wrapped in Bacon with a Balsamic Glaze to Caviar Mousse served on Cucumber with Fresh Dill. There are stationary displays including Imported Cheeses with Fresh Fruit, Crackers and Baguettes to Marinated Vegetables with Hummus and Pita Triangles, not to mention a choice of carving stations where you and your guests can enjoy herb crusted beef tenderloin with horseradish cream or poached salmon served with a lemon crème fraiche.

On all our Eastern Star menus you will find a selection of hors d’oeuvre and canapes options, beautifully presented stationary displays, salads and scrumptious entrees such as the Lemon-Rosemary Marinated Roast Breast of Chicken, Roast Pork Tenderloin served with Pineapple Rum reduction sauce and Hangar Steak with Porcini Mushroom Demi Glace.

The Ocean Breeze Menu offers a wonderful Mediterranean inspired Grilled Swordfish with Roasted Tomatoes and Olives, while the Starlight Menu features Grilled Baby Lamb Chops marinated in Rosemary, Garlic and Balsamic Glaze.

If you’re looking to host a formal plated dinner, The Classic New York menu offers guests a traditional surf and turf option that pairs nicely with our house Francis Ford Coppola Chardonnay and our Estancia Cabernet. And for those sophisticated, yet casual events the Eastern Stars’ Famous Clambake, brimming with seafood options like crab legs, lobster and shrimp, steamed mussels, and Little Neck clams, is the perfect choice.

Each menu includes a selection of freshly baked desserts or choice of occasion cake served with coffee and tea. Bar options include house wines, imported and domestic beers, and cocktails and spirits. We also offer a specialty wine and champagne list
